How did you come up with the idea for this product?

Skincare varies from person to person, and with it pops up diverse skin concerns.

For example, every second woman in India faces the problem of underarm roughness, discolouration and body odour , and I am no exception. Relying on all the desi nuske and DIYs, baking soda, cucumbers and a host of other ingredients found their way from the kitchen to my bathroom; but my underarms were still far from flawless.

After scouring through online platforms and beauty retailers, it was quite disappointing to see that most products were quite generic and provided solutions only for the most basic skincare needs common for a large number of people, such as oily T-zones, wrinkles and acne. Even the newer brands, that were lining the shelves in the market, addressed the common non-specific skincare concerns without having any products that catered to issues such as underarm discolouration, sticky sunscreens or chlorine protection for swimmers. A whole community with these skincare needs and beauty woes was being ignored. There was a visible gap in the market thus we started experimenting in that direction.

The good news was that solutions were possible, and that too, without harmful chemicals such as parabens, sulphates and phthalates! So, we used our understanding of the most beneficial natural ingredients and formulated an entire range of advanced skincare products to address the little things overlooked in our daily skin regime.

Now, our portfolio consists of an effective shield for skin and hair from harmful chlorine in swimming pools, a serum for pigmented underarms, a transparent sunscreen to replace the sticky pasty ones and even a sunscreen for your mane. Some of our products are multifunctional too – we have a hand cream that doubles up as a sanitizer and a foot cream that is also a deodorizer.
